1. 14-Day Happiness Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your storybook, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will work with you to fix any issues (such as text errors or illustration glitches) or provide a full refund if we cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

2. Digital Goods Policy

Because our storybooks are personalized digital products delivered immediately upon generation, we generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once the PDF has been generated and downloaded. However, we always prioritize your satisfaction and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there are technical failures or significant quality concerns.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or a correction to your story, please email us at support@storyfawn.com or hello@storyfawn.com. Please include:

• Your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
• A brief description of the issue or why you are unsatisfied.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe) within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

5. Stripe Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Filing a formal dispute through Stripe or your bank can significantly delay the resolution process. We are committed to making things right and usually resolve support requests within 24-48 hours.

6. Examples of when we help

• Illustration glitch or broken PDF: We regenerate or refund if we cannot fix it quickly.
• Wrong child details after generation: Contact us within 14 days — we will usually re-run the story with corrected details rather than force a full repurchase.
• Duplicate accidental checkout: Email the order numbers; we refund the duplicate when verified.
• Gift code never arrived: We resend the code from support once we confirm the order email.
